    Not at all. Most of our members started with zero CrossFit experience. Every workout is scaled to your current fitness level, so whether you've never touched a barbell or you've been training for years, our coaches will meet you right where you are.

    You'll sit down with a coach for a casual conversation about your goals, fitness background, and what you're hoping to get out of training. We'll show you the facility, explain how our programs work, and help you pick the best starting point. There's no pressure — just a chance to see if Arsenal is the right fit for you.

    Wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes you can move in — cross-training shoes work best. Bring a water bottle and a towel if you'd like. We provide all the equipment you'll need for the workout.
