    Our CrossFit classes are the heartbeat of Arsenal Fitness. Every session is programmed to build strength, stamina, and functional movement through constantly varied workouts coached in a team environment. With classes running six days a week — from 5:30 AM to 6:30 PM — there's always a time that fits your schedule. Every workout is scaled to your ability, so whether it's your first day or your thousandth, you'll be challenged at exactly the right level. Show up, work hard, and let our coaches handle the rest.
