Arsenal Fitness Longevity Class

60 minute functional fitness class that is aimed at improving the strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, and cardiovascular capacity of those aged 50+. Thus improving their quality of living.

Nutrition + Accountability Coaching

Nutrition + Accountability Coaching is a way to help individuals fast track the results they want in the gym to go beyond just their hour of training. 

Muncie Weightlifting

Our weightlifting program is for anyone who wants to learn the sport of Olympic Weightlifting!

Corporate Group Training/High School Sports Team Training

We offer custom group training for a variety of groups. The ones we have had sucess with in the past are, corporate wellness groups and high school team sports training.
