Phase 01
Foundations
Learn to move
Movement literacy, coordination, body awareness, breathing, posture, and the foundational movement skills every athlete needs.
Ages 5+ · Muncie, Indiana
Every athlete who trains here leaves able to run faster, jump higher, and move with the body awareness and tissue tolerance that keeps them on the field. We get there through coaching that is specific, intelligent and engaged — and through a development pathway where every step is earned.

Our programs
Three entry points, one pathway. Whichever door an athlete comes through, they're assessed and placed at the level that fits their current ability — not their age or grade.
Group training for boys and girls ages 10 and up, across every sport and every experience level — beginners through advanced high school athletes. Speed and sprint mechanics, multi-directional change of direction, plyometrics, jumping and landing, and full-body strength built through the Arsenal Development Pathway.

Unlimited training is set up with a coach so we can match the commitment to your athlete's season and schedule. Schedule a call and we'll walk you through current rates. An 8-session in-season punch card opens up once an athlete has completed two months of unlimited training or a full 10-week seasonal cycle.
How we develop athletes
Our coaching philosophy follows a single sequence. Nobody skips a step, and nobody is held back because of their age.
First
Before lifting heavy, athletes learn how to control their body — positions, posture, breathing and coordination.
Then
Strength develops gradually through competency-based progressions emphasizing full range of motion and movement quality.
Then
As athletes mature physically and technically, training shifts toward speed, explosiveness and force production.
Finally
Advanced athletes move toward individualized programming, still built on the same developmental blueprint.
The Arsenal Development Pathway
Every athlete begins with a movement assessment and enters the pathway at the level appropriate for their current ability. They advance by demonstrating competency to a coach — not by completing a number of workouts, and not by getting older.

Phase 06
Compete with confidence
Years of athletic development applied through individualized programming built for varsity, collegiate and beyond.
Progression is earned — not given.
Athletes earn the barbell through standardized progressions that build strength through a full range of motion — safely. Competency is demonstrated through coach evaluation, movement quality, technical execution and strength standards before an athlete moves to the next phase. Unlike a traditional weight room, nobody advances simply because they got older or stronger.
The Arsenal Standard
We're responsible for the plan, the teaching and the progression. Your athlete is responsible for how they show up — and these carry well past the gym.
01
Listen. Learn. Apply.
They aren't expected to know everything. They are expected to be willing to learn, ask questions, and work on what they need — not just what they're already good at.
02
Show up. Train with intent.
Hard work isn't making every workout as miserable as possible. It's giving the task in front of you the attention it deserves. Consistency beats intensity.
03
Make the room better.
They won't have their best day every day. They'll struggle and hit setbacks. They can still control how they respond and how they treat the people around them.
