With a strong background in physical training and a holistic approach to fitness, Kaitlyn combines her expertise in CrossFit and nutrition to guide people toward achieving both mental and physical strength. Her goal is to empower others to push beyond their limits and discover what they are truly capable of.
Certifications and Experience
Kaitlyn is a CrossFit coach and nutrition enthusiast with a CrossFit Level 1 certification and Precision Nutrition certification. With one year of experience as a CrossFit coach and nutrition coach, as well as five years of planning physical training for soldiers during active duty, Kaitlyn brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her clients. Her specialties lie in both CrossFit and nutrition, which she integrates into her coaching to help people achieve their fitness goals.

Kaitlyn’s coaching philosophy centers around the belief that the body is capable of far more than the mind often believes. She emphasizes that overall fitness goes beyond just physical capabilities—it also involves mental strength.
