Membership and Class Services

All classes, memberships, and training services are subject to our separate membership agreement. You must complete all required waivers and forms prior to participation. We reserve the right to modify class schedules, coaches, and pricing at any time.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By participating in any CrossFit or fitness-related activities, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages. You release and discharge The Arsenal, LLC, its employees, owners, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, videos, photos, and text—is the property of The Arsenal, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our express written permission.

User Submissions

If you submit any testimonials, comments, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish that content in any media for promotional or other lawful purposes.
