Experience
With 3 years of fitness experience under her belt as an exercise science major at Ball State University, Kaylee has continued to develop her work in personal training, serving as a Teacher Assistant for Resistance Training Leadership courses, where she helps students understand the science behind effective training and human performance.
Specialties
Kaylee specializes in strength training and sports performance, and has written multiple exercise programs in the past. She is committed to maximizing results of clients in order to help athletes build strength and improve their performance.
Coaching Philosophy
Kaylee’s mindset is rooted in the idea of “learning to be comfortable in the uncomfortable.” She believes that growth happens when we step outside our comfort zones and embrace challenges, taking on risks and pushing through discomfort, so that clients build not only their physical strength but their confidence to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.
Personal Achievements
- Accomplished two half marathons.
- Played basketball as a high school student, scoring over 1000 points.
